July 02, 2009
The Public Service Company of New Mexico (PNM) will be raising rates this month.
Valencia County is one of several counties that will see the higher rates.
According to PNM, the average customer will pay an additional $5, but the actual cost per customer will vary depending on electrical power use. The increase will come in two phases, $2.33 now and $2.66 in April.
