NMFOG’s letter about Wood’s ban

The New Mexico Foundation for Open Government (NMFOG) sent a letter to Valencia County to address the organization’s concerns about the chairman’s removal and ban of citizen Mike Wood from county commission meetings.

The letter was cited by Commissioner Georgia Otero-Kirkham as providing avenues for Wood’s legal removal from meetings.
