Rancho Cielo not part of clean energy initiative

Rancho Cielo is not a part of the New Mexico Green Grid Initiative, according to a press release from Gov. Bill Richardson’s office. Mesa del Sol, Albuquerque’s southeast mesa business and residential development, is a part of the initiative.
